All Olivia Mia Beauty & Wellness products are crafted in small batches and fulfilled with care.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During limited releases or seasonal launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Once shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the selected carrier and destination.

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Olivia Mia Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@oliviamiabeautyandwellness.ca with photos of the package and product so we can assist.
