Physical Products

Due to the nature of body care products, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
